Hi, I’m Liam, I’m a physiotherapist currently specialising in neurological and MSK rehabilitation.

As a combat athlete, I understand the importance of wanting to be at your best. My goal is not only to get you back to your highest level, but to help prevent further injuries occurring in your future. I look to do this with a mixture of education and advice, strength and conditioning work, manual therapies, and good old-fashioned fun.
