Hi, I’m Lauren, since leaving university I worked within MSK clinics facilitating rehab to promote fitness and wellbeing to reduce pain and to assist people to reach their personal goals.

Before Physiotherapy, I studied an undergrad in sports and exercise science and I am keen to facilitate this within my physiotherapy rehab sessions.
