First Appointments: 60 minutes Initial Assessment and detailed report.
Detailed report sent within 24 hours, includes SMART goal setting, problem list, individual treatment plan and itemised financial breakdown of the proposed treatment plan.
Dedicated Complex Injury Coordinator to ensure seamless communication between case managers and clinicians.
Effective collaboration with the wider Multidisciplinary Team towards shared client goals.
Regular and detailed interim reports will support ongoing treatment recommendations (as requested via the case manager or at the end of a treatment block).
