Testimonials
I’ve had physio with Tom Bailey from Regen Physio for tendinitis on my Achilles. Tom was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and easy to talk to. I would have no hesitation in recommending him to my family and friends if they ever require physiotherapy. I’m now able to run again without pain or discomfort. Thank you Tom for all your help and support over the last few weeks .
I had an assessment with Lauren today after a not very satisfactory consultation with an on line physio. She was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose and suggest on going treatment. Lauren also has a very warm, calm and reassuring manner. I highly recommend!
I’ve been suffering from a sprained ankle and knee for a few months and after having seen many different professionals for treatment, it’s only Tom Bailey who’s made the real difference. He’s extremely knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in appointments to ensure I understand. You can tell he really cares about physiotherapy and wants to do all he can to get his patients back doing what they love. He’s nice and friendly too which helps :).
Tom At Regen in Harrogate is the best physio that has ever treated me (and I've seen quite a few over the years). He's knowledgeable, clear in explaining things simply but also happy to explain the science if asked, thoughtful and conscientious. But, most of all, his positive outlook is a huge help in managing through the recovery process.

I had my first physio session with Lauren today. She was very professional and knowledgeable, talking through what was causing my injury and how best to remedy it. After my session, Lauren very promptly sent a follow up email containing exercises for me to do before my next appointment. I would definitely recommend Lauren🙂
Tom Bailey is a fantastic physio - he gives great advice, very good hands-on treatment, and is endlessly positive, reassuring and uplifting. I’ve also been treated by Lauren Dovey for a separate issue, and she too is wonderful - again, fantastic hands-on treatment and very reassuring, and both are very knowledgeable and friendly, whilst being very professional. Highly recommended!
I've been seeing Tom for several months now for a bad shoulder, which I had been struggling with for a couple of years. It was causing me discomfort at work and was preventing me from doing the sports that I enjoy. Working on a plan to steadily strengthen my shoulder, I have seen a huge improvement and I'm now back to doing most things. I am grateful to Tom for his expertise and would recommend Regen physio.
Lauren was super helpful and attentive, with lots of knowledge as she was able to properly diagnose my issue when others couldn’t, and offer a plan for recovery. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
I saw Tom for my initial physio assessment and he was really welcoming, thorough and helpful. He gave a really clear explanation when discussing my plan to work on my injury and let me know what to expect. I would highly recommend. Thanks Tom!

Hi, I'm Lauren, I've been working for Regen since May 2025, when I moved after working in the NHS. I'm really enjoying being able to take the time to get to know my patients, and help them feel better and return to the activities that are important to them. I've previously had experience in hands, musculoskeletal, respiratory, paediatrics, orthopaedics, geriatrics, pelvic health, and community physiotherapy. I loved musculoskeletal most of all, because I get to embed my love of sports into my work to help people return to activity, which is why I've chosen to pursue it here at Regen. In my free time, I love to play badminton and go horse riding, and I'm an enthusiastic parkrunner!
