I began at Regen before Christmas after a major road traffic accident the previous April. Sophie is my assigned Physio, who is friendly and dedicated to getting you to be in the best physical condition possible during your sessions. I arrived on crutches after 2 broken legs and other injuries but through Regens help, can now walk unaided for acceptable distances without rest breaks. Lucy has been amazing start to finish. She gave me some useful exercises to try at home. The shockwave therapy has helped my tennis elbow, the pain has eased so much in just three sessions. Would highly recommend!

I was having severe Rotator cuff on my right hand and Hamstring pain. I undergone Physio with Lucy and she did a fantastic job to recover me normal. I’m able to play Tennis and Cricket now. I would recommend Lucy for the Physio treatment.
